Hi, my name is Brian and my interests include current events, website development, cooking, God, and spending time at home. I have posted some personal background information here for anybody who may be interested in learning more about me. One of the reasons that I am posting this information is to clear up any rumors that are going around about me. These documents have been obtained only from official first-party sources. I recently obtained a background report from my county sheriff’s department on March 9, 2022, stating that I have never been arrested in Cayuga County. This of course means that I have no arrests, warrants, or convictions listed against me anywhere in Cayuga County including Auburn. If you commit a crime anywhere in Cayuga County, they book you and put you in the county Jail (which is at the Sheriff’s Station). If you live in Cayuga County and want a criminal background report, you must appear in person and show your driver’s license to the records clerk, who will provide you a document after looking you up in their system. The records clerk at the sheriff’s department was kind enough to send my report by email after I went in and showed her my ID so that I could have a digital record of the report in my email inbox. And once again this document is to clear up any lies that may be being spread about me.

Back in 2016, I had a statewide criminal background report conducted by the State of New York. This is called a New York Statewide criminal history record search (CHRS). The search scans the records from all of the county courts, state supreme courts, city courts, town courts, and village courts in New York State. For reference, there are currently 62 counties in New York State. The 2016 report shows that I do not have a criminal history and nothing in the report has changed since that time.

The reason that I am posting this is to clear up a nasty rumor that has been spread about me. I would like to clearly state that I have never been wanted by the police for anything in my life. If you’re wanted by the police, that means that you did something wrong, and if you did something wrong, that means that there is a court record of it. Even if your case is dismissed, the record would say just that, “dismissed.” And you cannot delete a court record. A court record is permanent. Any case that goes before a judge is listed in a New York State CHRS report.

As you can see, I have never gone before a judge for a criminal matter, which proves that I have never done anything wrong and, therefore, that I have never been wanted by the police. So if some people say that I was wanted by the police in the past, this is all a lie, probably spread by the defendants in this case, to hurt me. It’s a nasty tactic that certain rich defendants use against other people that they are criminally involved against, as I have already mentioned. The NY Statewide CHRS Report is based on an ‘exact match’ of Name and DOB. Any ‘variation’ of the individual’s Name and DOB is not considered a match (http://ww2.nycourts.gov/apps/chrs/index.shtml). If anybody would like to conduct a state wide background check on me my date of birth is 01/09/1978. I have provided proof of my date of birth from the Social Security Administrations website in the screen capture below.

Back in 2015, I read an article online about image consulting and reputation management, so I had some screenings performed at my doctor’s office to improve my reputation and once again to clear up any lies that are being told about me. A lot of people have been paid to spread lies about me, so that is what I had to do to combat this problem. It is common for rich defendants and big companies to pay people to spread lies about their victims to discredit them and to hurt them for their own gain. In a courtroom setting, a defense team uses this strategy to turn the narrative against the victim. It is a tactic that is also used outside of the courtroom to turn everyone against and hate the victim. It’s a combination of Washington DC politics, corporate America and others at their worst. I’d like to inform people that it’s a criminal offense to lie about a victim or a “plaintiff who will be bringing charges against a defendant in a case. Doing so constitutes fraud, extortion, and other types of very serious crimes (even hate crimes). Extortion is defined as a criminal act designed to get someone to do something or to obtain something from someone through coercion, threats, intimidation, or manipulation. The strategy is to back the plaintiff down. In an early post on my website I discuss the fact that people were paid to spread the lie that I am gay. This is a felony offense and an extortion tactic. The law states that it is a hate crime whether one’s belief or perception about the person is correct or not, and I have provided a link to that law from the New York State government’s website to prove it. Please click on it and read it. This has made it harder for me to find employment, to carry on relationships, to survive, to stay safe from these people and many other things too. Once again, this is being done in an effort to turn people against me: to ruin my reputation, to discredit me, to cause me harm, and to leave me broke so that I become homeless—all in an effort to stop me from bringing charges against them and suing the people who are involved. And their extortion efforts go much further than even that. 
 
In the video below you can watch me log in to my online account at the University of Rochester Medical Center. When I login, I click on the messages tab and scroll through a conversation that I recently had with my primary care doctor at the University of Rochester medical center about a recent STD test that I had along with a pre-employment drug screening test. During the conversation with my doctor, he confirms that I recently passed both tests. 
 
Please excuse the format of the message that I sent to my doctor at 9:53 a.m. on November 5, 2024. It lost its correct formatting when I put it into the message field. I always spell check my messages, posts, letters, and other documents before sending them out. After doing so, I copied and pasted this message directly into the message box for my doctor to read, and as often happens it did not retain its correct formatting. I have just started using a new word processor and I believe that’s why it happened. However, the message is still legible.

On 08/02/2019, I had an Identity History Summary Check (also known as an FBI criminal background check) performed by the FBI. On 08/03/2019, I received the results, which I have posted in the screen capture below. The only thing listed in my report is a misdemeanor charge that was dismissed several years ago. This report is fingerprint based, so there is no way to cheat on it. All records are obtained from an electronic scan of your fingerprints from the FBI database. I thought that it would be a nice addition to this website. I would like to mention that nothing in the report has changed since that time. And once again this document is to clear up any lies that may be being spread about me.

I am a registered Democrat; however, I am not that political in nature and have never given to anybody’s political campaign. I would describe myself as a conservative Democrat. However, I have not voted in elections, because of the government conspiracy going on against me in this country. I will not vote for or support people who are breaking the law against me. I wrote to my local board of elections and told them that I needed proof to post on my website. On 01/21/2021, they replied to me by email. I have provided proof of their response in the screen capture below.

Last year, I received a couple emails from people asking me if I was a Mormon, because of where I live. I live in Cayuga, New York, which is not too far from Palmyra, New York. Palmyra is the home of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and Mormonism. I do not know why this is important to people, but to clarify, I am a Lutheran. I was baptized at a local Lutheran church here in my area when I was a child. Please contact me only if you have relevant information to share with me about my case.

New York State Excelsior Pass Plus provides a secure, digital copy of an individual’s COVID-19 vaccination record or negative test result online. And once again this document is to clear up any lies that may be being spread about me.

I have included a copy (via a screen capture) of my Equifax credit score online from Equifax. The reason I am including a copy of it is because it says online that if you have a good credit score it proves good character. According to what I have read online sometimes employers ask for these. My credit score is currently good as you can see in the screen capture below. I’d also like to inform my readers that I have initiated a credit freeze at all of the major credit reporting Bureaus (Equifax, Transunion, and Experian) and I have purchased id fraud insurance to protect myself from any fraudulent activity that may occur.
